About the Campus Green Group

greenEnvironmental and sustainability issues are becoming more widely discussed in the community.  Many people already think about their impact on the environment when they're at home, where they try to use less water and power, and recycle what they can.

Here on the RCH campus, many of us are interested in looking at environmental issues at work as well.

As institutions internationally renowned for promoting health for children, we feel that RCH and MCRI can take a valuable leadership role in promoting responsible environmental practices, to help ensure that there is a healthier future for Australia's kids, with a healthy environment for them to grow up in.

The Campus Green Group has representatives from RCH, MCRI and the University of Melbourne. Everyone on campus is welcome and encouraged to participate.
