ChIPS - chronic illness peer support
ChIPS is a Chronic Illness Peer Support program for young people living with any type of chronic illness or medical condition. The ChIPS Program has been assisting young people with chronic illness for almost 10 years.  The program is based in Melbourne at the Centre for Adolescent Health, Royal Children's Hospital. Find out more...
