Butterfly endeavors to provide an environment that is safe, professional and friendly.
Parents are welcome on the ward at any time, day or night. There is no limit on the amount of time you can spend with your baby.
As valued partners in your baby’s care, we encourage you to be present on the ward with your baby as often as your circumstances permit.
Current scientific evidence suggests that having maximum involvement in your baby’s care, and having you present with your baby most of the time, will improve your baby’s outcomes and reduce the length of stay in hospital. The more you learn about your baby’s care, the sooner your family will be ready to go home.
