We are always open to feedback and ideas to improve families experience in Butterfly Ward.

If you would like to give us some feedback, positive or negative, there are a number of ways to do so, such as talking to the CCC, your bedside nurse, nurse coordinator, social worker or primary consultant.

You can also email your feedback directly to butterfly.cocoon@rch.org.au or click on the same link in the Contact Us tab in the COCOON website menu.

If you want to share a compliment more widely or have a complaint, you can ask to speak with the Nurse Unit Manager or visit the consumer participation pages  for other options.
