Accessing Library online resources while working from home

You can quickly register for an OpenAthens account to get remote access to Library resources from off-site. If you are already off-site be sure to use your work email address when registering.

MCRI access to RCH Library resources

MCRI staff may access RCH Library resources with an OpenAthens remote access account or from within the RCH computer network.

Top 50 Most-Cited Campus Publications

"Most-cited" is a widely used measure to determine an author's or institution's research output. We compiled our Top 50 list using Scopus, an abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature.

Stay current with Read by QxMD or BrowZine

Read by QxMD provides a single place for you to keep up with new research, topics of interest in your chosen specialties, and the latest articles from your favourite journals. Find out how you can get institutional access.

BrowZine is a journal platform aimed at keeping you up to date with the latest issues of all your favourite journals. It is fully integrated with the Library's journal database, which ensures you see only those titles where access is available.

Library Training

We offer sessions on EndNote, 'Finding the Evidence', Ovid Medline, Nursing & Allied Health resources, Cochrane Library, PubMed, as well as 'Introduction to the Library' sessions about accessing Library services and using the Library website. All training takes place online.
