NDIS Services

The RCH Physiotherapy Department currently provides NDIS services for the following:

• Aquatic Physiotherapy

Referrals for NDIS Aquatic Physiotherapy must be completed on our aquatic physiotherapy referral form.  A NDIS new enquiry form will also need to be completed.
