Laboratory Notes:

Add procedure code SAVTC for Tissue and Storage of Fibroblasts and sendaway to VCGS.  Add note on request form for cells to be returned to Specimen Reception when available.  When returned to Specimen Reception, the returned cells to be sent to SA Pathology (SACRIM).

Referral lab is closed on weekends. Send specimen with routine overnight courier.
