Laboratory Notes Sample to be centrifuged; take off plasma and aliquot into cryotubes. Freeze at -80oC until ready to send to testing laboratory on Dry Ice. Do not pack dry ice in a sealed container.  Use appropriate PPE.

All specimens must be accompanied by appropriate request form (with green sticker) and be shipped to Deb White. refer to Instruction Sheet Glivec Blood levels in Specimen Reception Information Folder
