-BEFORE 10.00hrs Sat/Sun/Public Holidays

If patient is being treated with an IV continuous bolus (e.g. tacrolimus infusion), a capillary specimen MUST be collected

FOR URGENT REQUESTS: The requesting doctor must contact Biochemistry on extension #56278.

Note: During analyser downtime consult with Senior Scientist.

If required to send to External Laboratory:

-Liver Transplant Tacrolimus specimens should be sent to The Austin Hospital

-Non-liver transplant Tacrolimus specimens should be sent to The Alfred Hospital
